Arsh by Vandana is a premium women's fashion brand with a 25 year legacy in creating timeless, high-quality designs. After a revival, we are scaling the brand to reach discerning women who appreciate exclusivity, craftsmanship, and elegance.

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive who can plan and execute sales strategy, manage client relationships, and also handle social media marketing to strengthen the brand's presence and boost sales.

Role & Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Reconnect with old clients and re-establish brand loyalty.
  • Provide personalized shopping/styling assistance for high-spending clients.
  • Maintain a client database and ensure consistent follow-ups for repeat orders.
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, pop-ups, and private shopping events.

Social Media & Marketing

  • Manage day-to-day social media handles (Instagram, WhatsApp Broadcast, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and stories that reflect the premium essence of the brand.
  • Run targeted campaigns (organic paid boosts) to attract new high-value clients.
  • Respond to social media inquiries and convert them into sales leads.
  • Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and influencers for content creation.
  • Share client reviews, behind-the-scenes, and styling tips to build brand credibility.

Business Development & Brand Growth

  • Build partnerships with influencers, wedding planners, and luxury lifestyle networks.
  • Organize exclusive previews and trunk shows for select clients.
  • Provide regular feedback to the design team based on market response.

Key Skills Required

  • Proven sales experience in luxury fashion / lifestyle / retail.
  • Strong social media knowledge (Instagram marketing is a must).
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Creative eye for fashion content and client presentation.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at multitasking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or Marketing (preferred).
  • 2–4 years' experience in sales social media marketing (luxury/fashion sector preferred).
  • Freshers with strong fashion sense social media skills may also be considered.
