Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our HR Department for a 6-month internship program with a strong possibility of full-time placement based on performance. The trainee will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and daily MIS.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
  • Conduct joining formalities and maintain employee personal files.
  • Support induction sessions for new employees.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain attendance records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Support payroll documentation and leave management.
  • Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records.

4. Employee Engagement

  • Support HR in planning events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.
  • Handle internal communication and announcements.

5. Training & Development Support

  • Coordinate training schedules and feedback collection.
  • Assist in maintaining training records and improvement plans.

Skills & Requirements

  • Any graduate/postgraduate pursuing or completed HR/MBA/Management studies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes is an added advantage.
