Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our

business in the Mumbai region. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales

growth, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently

met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and onboard new clients across industrial, commercial, and corporate sectors.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business

opportunities.

  • Lead, guide, and support the sales team to ensure goal achievement.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, operations, accounts) for seamless

project execution.

  • Track sales KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 5–9 years of sales experience; preference for candidates from Fire & Security, ELV,

Building Automation, Electronics, or related industries.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to manage a team and operate independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Network of industry contacts in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹252, ₹1,438,680.97 per year
