Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an HR Assistant. The HR Assistant Intern will support various HR activities, including managing HR information systems, assisting in benefits administration, and providing support for employee training programs. Day-to-day tasks may involve data entry, maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth coordination of HR functions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Interest in or experience with Training initiatives
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using basic office tools and software
  • Adaptability to remote work settings
