Job Title: Sr. Process Associate Semi Voice Process

Location: Visakhapatnam (MVP) Candidates must reside within a 25km radius

Salary: 2.8 LPA (In Hand 17k) + Incentives (Based on Performance)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sr. Process Associate to join our Domestic Semi Voice process in the banking sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and above-manageable skills in Hindi. A minimum of 1 year of on-paper experience in any domain is required. The role involves resolving customer queries related to banking transactions, debit cards, and credit cards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound semi-voice calls to assist customers with their banking queries.
  • Provide solutions related to banking transactions, debit cards, and credit cards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to process guidelines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in any domain.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and above-manageable skills in Hindi.
  • Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
  • Shift: Rotational Day Shift (between 9 am to 9 pm) with one rotational week off.
  • Age: Up to 38 years.
  • Transportation: 2-way pickup and drop cab facility.

Additional Information:

  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Documents Required: Aadhar card, PAN card, Experience letter, Minimum 3 months' pay slips, All educational documents.
  • Bond: No bond requirement.
