HR Intern – Talent Acquisition
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi | Duration: 4 Months | Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our daily recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, pre-vetting, and shortlisting the right candidates from platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates from job portals and databases.
- Conduct initial pre-vetting based on profiles and requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Support HR team with daily hiring operations.
- Maintain candidate records and update reports.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate in HR/Management or a related field (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory.
- Familiarity with online recruitment portals is preferred.
- Immediate joiners only.
