Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cochin, Kerala for an Area Customer Service Manager focusing on B2B and Key Accounts. The role includes overseeing customer service operations, managing customer relationships, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and building strong ties with key account stakeholders. Daily responsibilities involve analyzing service performance, implementing strategies for improvement, and ensuring alignment with the company's quality and support standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate process effectiveness and identify areas for innovation or improvement
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Experience in the HVAC industry or similar technical domains is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively under fixed deadlines
