Relationship Manager – Sales (BFSI / Asset Management)

1–5 years in Sales (BFSI / AMC Industry)

Qualification:
Minimum Graduate (Bachelor's degree)
Certification:
NISM V-A (Mandatory; must be attached with CV)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Mutual Fund products at assigned branches and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, distributors, banks, and institutions.
- Prospect new clients through referrals, networking, database, and open market initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate Investor Awareness Programs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Develop and expand channel partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, regulatory requirements, and taxation laws.
- Maintain excellent customer service to secure repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales acumen with quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Thorough knowledge of mutual fund products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Customer-focused, result-oriented, and positive attitude.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in BFSI / AMC sector.
- NISM V-A certified (CV must mention and attach).
- Good communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Understanding of Equity and Debt markets.
- Familiarity with Mutual Fund products.
