We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer/ Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
  • Implement and improve maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
  • Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • Proven experience (1–6 years) in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Familiarity with PLC.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
