Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and perform preventive maintenance tasks on all equipment's in the shop floor and Utility.
  • Develop and update preventive maintenance checklists, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns.
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of new mechanical equipment and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in maintenance activities.
  • Maintain inventory levels of spare parts and tools, ensuring the availability of necessary materials for repairs.
  • Suggest upgrades or modifications to existing systems to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements And Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 3 year(s) of experience in Maintenance
  • Typically requires a bachelor degree in engineering or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.
