Job Description:

Grinntech is a dynamic and innovative full stack lithium battery tech startup committed to power up

the electrification of Indian and Global mobility. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking

an experienced Maintenance Engineer for ensuring the smooth operation, upkeep, and repair of all

machinery, equipment, and utilities in the Lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant. The role involves

preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and improving equipment efficiency to

enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities

 Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and

predictive maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment, utilities, and

infrastructure.

 Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and automation related issues to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted production.

Qualification : Any Degree

Experience : 1 year - 9 Years
