Location: India, UAE
Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in staffing and recruitment business development, a strong understanding of the India or UAE market, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Develop customized staffing solutions to meet client requirements and exceed their expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates and timely staffing services.
- Negotiate and close business deals while adhering to company policies and profitability goals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on labor laws and market trends in India or UAE to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- A strong network of clients and decision-makers in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
