Role Summary:

The Export Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring smooth operations for Medimix and Krishna Thulasi brands across North America and Europe. The role involves execution of defined business plans, distributor management, and market development under the strategic guidance of the VP – Global Business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  1. Achieve and exceed primary and secondary sales targets for Medimix and Krishna Thulasi in the assigned regions.
  2. Implement strategic sales and business development plans for both traditional and modern trade channels.
  3. Identify, negotiate, and onboard new distributors, retail chains, and strategic partners to expand regional presence.
  4. Ensure optimal product listing, placement, and visibility across retail and e-commerce platforms.

Operations & Coordination

  1. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth order processing, documentation, and timely dispatch.

  2. Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, presenting market trends and business insights to the VP – Global Business.

Marketing & Market Development

  1. Execute ATL and BTL marketing activities, adapting campaigns to local consumer preferences and competitive landscapes.

  2. Build and maintain strong distributor relationships, ensuring timely supply, accurate forecasting, and compliance with commercial policies.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  1. Monitor and analyse tertiary sales, competitor activities, and pricing trends, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

  2. Execute all assigned responsibilities within the strategic framework and directions of the VP – Global Business, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
