We're growing fast and seeking a high-energy Sales Business Development to drive territory revenue and build long-term relationships.
Role Summary (one line) We're hiring a results-driven Sales Business Development to own on-field sales activities, cultivate relationships with designers, dealers and contractors, generate project leads, and convert opportunities into profitable orders for Fine Focus Interio.
Role Description
- Own territory sales: proactively prospect, qualify and convert leads across residential, retail and commercial segments.
- Client development: build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers and premium homeowners.
- Project sales cycle: manage end-to-end sales process — site visits, needs assessment, product presentation, quotations, negotiation, and order closure.
- Product expertise: present Fine Focus Interio's product portfolio confidently; advise clients on materials, finishes, pricing and timelines.
- Coordination: handoff closed orders to operations/project teams and follow through to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Pipeline & forecasting: maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and weekly/monthly reports.
- Market intelligence: gather competitive insights, pricing trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Targets: consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
What success looks like (KPIs)
- Monthly/Quarterly revenue attainment vs. target
- Number of qualified new accounts / projects opened per month
- Conversion rate from lead → order
- Average order value (AOV) and gross margin contribution
- Client satisfaction / repeat business rate
Who you are (Qualifications)
- 1-3+ years of proven projects B2C/B2B field sales experience in , office modular furniture, office chairs and interior products or related categories. Experience in project/contract sales is a plus.
- Strong hunter mindset combined with relationship-driven account management.
- Excellent communicator and presenter — able to influence architects, designers and high-net-worth office owners.
- Comfortable with frequent site visits and field travel across the territory.
- Good commercial acumen: pricing, negotiation and ability to protect margin.
- Organized and metric-driven: experience using CRM tools and maintaining sales pipeline.
- Valid driver's license and smartphone; ability to prepare proposals and digital presentations.
