About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity and storytelling through design. Join an established luxury jewellery brand celebrated for its timeless craftsmanship, innovative designs, and customer-first values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Direction: Lead design concepts and visual strategies across print, digital, social media, packaging, and in-store branding.
  • Conceptual Design: Transform marketing briefs into impactful, high-quality visuals while maintaining strong brand consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and retail teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
  • Project Ownership: Manage projects end-to-end—from concept to final delivery—with an eye for detail and deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for branding placements, billing, and invoicing.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and oversee junior designers or freelancers to ensure brand-aligned creative excellence.
  • Design Excellence: Maintain top-notch quality in layout, typography, color accuracy, and aesthetics.
  • Creative Agility: Produce multiple design iterations under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep visuals fresh and modern.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design (retail, lifestyle, or luxury background preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) knowledge of After Effects/CorelDRAW is a plus
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and print production
  • Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
