Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and visually appealing content for social media, marketing, presentations, client proposals, and internal documents. This role requires proficiency in graphic design software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

• Create posts, reels, and videos for daily posting across social media platforms.
• Superimpose site images into videos and designs based on recce details from the sales team.
• Design detailed LED screen and fabrication layouts, seeking approval from senior management.
• Prepare presentations incorporating site images and superimposed visuals for internal and client meetings.
• Provide screen size based on diagonal measurements provided by the sales team.
• Design demo videos for standees, adhering to pixel and resolution specifications.
• Create quick product mock-up for client approvals.
• Edit and resize creatives for various formats (social media, WhatsApp, emailers).
• Maintain and organize design files for easy retrieval.
• Assist in preparing SOPs and user guides on LED screen usage and maintenance for clients.
• Update the internal library with product photos, site images, and design templates.

Weekly Tasks:

• Design logos and office stationery as per senior management requirements.
• Redesign external videos (modules, cabinets) to align with Vision Display's brand format.
• Design product brochures and creatives for new product additions.
• Coordinate the printing of office stationery (visiting cards, challan books, diaries, badges).
• Design festival posts and promotional banners.
• Design emailers for new products and promotions.
• Update the website cover page as needed.
• Create 3D Max designs when required.
• Design standees and corresponding videos based on requirements.
• Regularly update the company profile with the latest site images, client logos, and achievements.
• Create product datasheets and technical specification sheets for the sales team.
• Assist the sales team with customized client proposals, integrating visuals.
• Compile and send weekly design progress updates to the reporting manager.
• Help prepare client-specific SOPs, FAQs, and training materials.
• Optimize and archive older project files for efficient space management.

Monthly Tasks:

• Develop a monthly content calendar for posts and break it down into weekly and daily execution plans.
• Conduct a design audit to ensure past creatives, videos, and presentations maintain brand consistency.
• Prepare and update the LED product catalogue with new launches or technical upgrades.
• Refresh and update sales presentations with recent project photos and testimonials.
• Maintain a digital repository of all approved client designs for reference.
• Research and propose new creative trends, tools, and design styles to enhance the LED industry marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyse the performance of monthly posts and refine strategies.
• Create a quarterly compilation video of completed projects for promotional use (if applicable).
• Refresh client SOP templates based on feedback or product updates.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in the following software: CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Illustrator, 3D Max, Blender, Canva, Photoshop, Filmora.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, visual storytelling, and branding.
• Familiarity with LED screen design and related technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
