Overview: PHP Web Developer The PHP Web Developer plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies, delivering exceptional user experiences. The PHP Web Developer is instrumental in driving the development of innovative digital solutions and enhancing our online presence.
Key responsibilities
  • Ensuring you attend daily start of the. day meetings on time. 100% of the days. Take your daily tasks (Senior team leads assigns to juniors)
  • Write front end code for meaningful, beautiful, design as per expectations.
  • Develop backend features
  • Integrate third party REST-APIs, develop the RestAPIs from scratch.
  • Work with webhooks.
  • Build highly scalable and reusable code.
  • Bring ideas to client projects.
  • Bring ideas. to internal projects.
  • Ensure complete day's tasks /goals before end of the day, test it fully, submit it and get approval before its can be called the end of the day. If you senior - set this culture. If you are not leading team, please apply only if you can help us maintain this systematic approach. This systematic approach helps us or saves from failing deadlines and saves us future too much workload.
  • Take responsibility, take ownership, complete tasks or goals before deadlines or launches.
  • Submit daily report, weekly report, and monthly report.

Required qualifications
  • BTech / BSc (Anyone good with above technical skills without BTech / BSC. can also apply on starter level or appropriate roles.)
  • Dropouts but who can prove their ability can apply.
  • Proven work experience as a PHP Developer with exact work which we need, for 2years at least.
  • For juniors: Your last two years needs to be in same company.
  • For mid-level. and senior levels: Your last three years needs to be in same company, and in your total experience there should not be multiple job changes to prove you were not asked to leave the company where you worked less than 3years.
  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development and related web technologies.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
  • Experience with MySQL; ability to do anything with MySQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Ability to write clean and maintainable code with a focus on performance and security.
  • Experience with MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) is optional, and preferrable, but. not mandatory.
  • Experience with Python, and Javascript is optional, and preferrable, but, not mandatory.
  • Good understanding of web server configurations and deployment processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Expected from you: Week 1:
  • Completing HR induction meeting (Day1) and complete all formalities.
  • Meet the team, build rapport.
  • Start your basic training with our software.

Month 1:
  • Completely learn the software
  • Able to build functional interfaces in backend admin
  • Able to build functional interfaces in users' dashboard
  • Able to build funcitonal interfaces in front end.
  • Able to mix, merge, play, with data, while showing reports and automation.

Month 2:
  • Complete 4 tiny to small projects, with 90% success ratio.


Month 3 onwards:
  • Complete 2 tiny to small projects with 100% success ratio.
  • Complete 2 mid-level projects with 100% success ratio.
  • Complete 1 big project with 100% success ratio.
  • This, every month, parallelly.
