Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a passion for driving online engagement and conversions. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services across various digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and optimize conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Utilize SEO tools and techniques to improve organic search rankings and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to engage audiences effectively.
  • Create compelling content for various channels including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience and increase lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for digital marketing materials.
  • Oversee Google Ads campaigns, including SEM and Google AdWords management, ensuring optimal performance through keyword research and A/B testing.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) for effective content creation and management.
  • Experience with social media management and advertising strategies on platforms like Facebook Advertising.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and conversion optimization strategies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or similar software preferred.
