  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand information lifecycle management requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP ILM.
  2. Design and implement SAP ILM solutions including data archiving, retention management, and data destruction strategies.
  3. Configure SAP ILM modules to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  4. Develop and maintain data retention policies and schedules in compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
  5. Provide technical expertise and support for SAP ILM implementation projects, including troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
  6. Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to educate end-users on SAP ILM functionality and best practices.
  7. Stay updated on the latest SAP ILM features and enhancements, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP Basis, Security, and Compliance to ensure seamless integration of SAP ILM with other systems and processes.
  9. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations related to SAP ILM components.
  10. Assist in evaluating and selecting third-party tools and technologies that complement SAP ILM functionality.
