
Sales Team Leader

We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a team of online educators and support staff in delivering high-quality online education programs. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for online education, and experience in managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of online educators and support staff.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and set goals.
Program Delivery:
Ensure high-quality delivery of online education programs.
Monitor program metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and refine program content.
Student Support:
Ensure excellent student support and engagement.
Respond to student queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with student support teams to resolve issues.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
Conduct regular quality checks on program delivery.
Implement quality improvement initiatives.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with team members, faculty, and stakeholders.
Represent the online education team in meetings and forums.
Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2years of experience in online education or team management.
Skills:
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced online environment.
Familiarity with online education platforms and tools.
