Job Title: Business Associate – E-commerce Operations

Location: Chandpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Business Associate – E-commerce Operations to manage our clients' e-commerce businesses, both domestic and international (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces). You will handle day-to-day operations, coordinate tasks, manage advertising campaigns, and ensure smooth execution of client projects, acting as a hands-on support for the manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations for clients across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other international marketplaces.
  • Handle product listings, content updates, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns to drive client sales.
  • Coordinate with client teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely task completion.
  • Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest actionable improvements to boost client business.
  • Maintain organized workflows and ensure deadlines for client projects are consistently met.
  • Quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and platforms as required by client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce operations for clients; Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other international marketplaces knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Experience in managing ads campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – mandatory.
  • Flexible with working hours and capable of adjusting to client needs and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership of client tasks.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and platforms.

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
