About the Role:
Bighatch Consulting is seeking a proactive and client-focused Inventory Manager for our eCommerce operations serving USA clients. The role demands managing inventory across multiple online marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and others while ensuring smooth stock availability, timely replenishment, and high client satisfaction. You will act as a main liaison between clients and internal teams to oversee end-to-end inventory strategy, execution, reporting, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and stock synchronization for USA client accounts across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor demand forecasts and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock outs or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize inventory flow and fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory reporting and analytics for clients to support decision-making.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies across inventory systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including catalog, marketing, logistics, and ads for seamless client servicing.
- Support promotional campaigns by aligning inventory availability with marketing calendars and deals.
- Provide actionable insights and reports on inventory performance, trends, and issues to clients.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and client-specific guidelines.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory management for eCommerce operations, preferably serving US clients.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Portal, Shopify, and associated inventory tools.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience coordinating with multiple clients and managing diverse product inventories.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines with multitasking and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Prior experience with agency or multi-client eCommerce inventory management.
- Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or DataHawk.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (catalog, creatives, marketing, logistics).
