Ecommerce Marketplace Executive - Fashion & Lifestyle Brands

**Location**: Noida Extension

**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing, women-owned jewelry brand known for our high-quality, affordable, and trendy daily-wear pieces. As we scale up across multiple online marketplaces, we are looking for a **Marketplace Executive** who can handle **end-to-end operations, listing, ads, inventory management**, and **growth strategies** across **Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, and Nykaa Fashion.**

**Key Responsibilities**: **Marketplace Management - Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion**
- Handle **product listings** end-to-end: title, description, bullet points, SEO-rich keywords, pricing, sizing, etc.
- Ensure listing compliance with marketplace guidelines (images, barcodes, categories, sizes, inventory, etc.)
- Manage **catalog uploads** (single/bulk uploads via Excel/CSV or platform-specific formats).
- Regularly **optimize product listings** to improve organic visibility and conversion.
- Monitor **product status**, ensure visibility & avoid suppressed/inactive listings.
- Plan, run & monitor **Amazon Sponsored Ads** and other promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with **marketplace marketing tools** (Amazon Lightning Deals, Myntra Ads, etc.)

**Inventory & Order Management - Unicommerce**
- Daily operations on **Unicommerce** - process orders, returns, replacements, cancellations.
- Maintain **real-time inventory sync** across all platforms through Unicommerce.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for **smooth order fulfillment.**:

- Flag stock issues, low stock alerts & initiate timely replenishment.

**Pricing & Promotions**
- Monitor **competitor pricing**, update MRP/SP accordingly.
- Handle sale/event onboarding across all platforms (Big Billion, Amazon Great Indian Festival, Myntra EORS, etc.)

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Track sales, returns, fees, ads, payouts, and other marketplace metrics.
- Submit **weekly performance reports** and growth plans.
- Highlight issues & proactively suggest improvements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2+ years of experience** in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle marketplace operations.
- **Hands-on experience with Unicommerce** is a **must**.
- Deep understanding of **Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, AJIO Business, and Nykaa Fashion portals**.
- Should be familiar with listing formats, catalog templates & platform integrations.
- Good understanding of **ecommerce ads & product ranking algorithms.**:

- Knowledge of **Shopify** will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication & coordination skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience in onboarding a new product line or launching a new marketplace.
- Understanding of platform-specific customer behavior & seasonality trends.
- Knowledge of return & dispute resolution processes.
