**Ecommerce Marketplace Manager**
**Job description**
We are looking for a driven, hands-on eCommerce marketplace manager who will take a key role at ROI Mantra managing & growing the eCommerce marketplace business.
**Experience**: 3 - 5 years
**Responsibilities**:
- The role would be responsible for managing the third-party eCommerce channels on a day to day basis and in driving revenue growth for our clients
- Open up new third party eCommerce avenues for clients by setting up Stores on different third party eCommerce platforms, listing relevant categories & products. Must have in depth knowledge of the following marketplaces: Amazon, Instagram, Flipkart, Paytm and more.
- Build on the existing business by adding new categories and product portfolio listings on the marketplaces. Create bulk listings quickly and accurately
- Work closely with the clients eCommerce team to build the brand on e-comm platforms.
- Undertake digital marketing - organic and paid media initiatives to drive performance & channel sales.
- Design and implement strategy to increase traffic on product pages and track competition
- Planning marketing activations & optimizing ROI for spends basis Impressions, CTR and Conversions
- Creating frameworks that transform social media sites into highly profitable sales platforms
- Product Portfolio management - Assist the team with product sales and category performance inputs to optimize the product portfolio from time to time.
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace eCommerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the promotional calendars and plans of eCommerce platforms.
- Gather intelligence from eCommerce platforms to further strengthen the brand’s offering.
- Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales on online stores
- 3-5 years of overall work experience in eCommerce marketplaces / relevant digital agencies are mandatory.
- Comfortable with data & analytics.
- Experience with eCommerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors.
- Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative.
- Strong project management skills

- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
