Role Description

We are looking for a Real estate Supervisor responsible for identifying and evaluating suitable commercial properties, conducting market research, building strong relationships with owners and coordinating site visits. The role includes verifying property details, preparing sourcing reports, managing leads, supporting negotiations, and ensuring all sourced properties meet company standards.
Additionally candidate should be able to oversee daily operations, coordinate project schedules, and manage resources efficiently to ensure sucessful work completion.
Candidates should have good communication skills, knowledge of local markets, and the ability to handle field visits and property evaluations efficiently.This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Supervisor, based in
Mumbai
.

Qualification Required

  • Minimum Education:
    Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent)

  • Experience:
    1–3 years of experience in property sourcing, real estate brokerage, leasing, or field operations. Freshers with strong market knowledge can also apply.

  • Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of local real estate markets and property trends
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with owners and brokers.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits and property inspections.
  • Basic understanding of property documentation and verification
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain property databases
