Job Title: Civil Supervisor / Site Engineer

Location: Chembur

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil

Industry Preference: Real Estate

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer Execution with a proven track record of delivering high-rise residential towers. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in RCC works, shuttering systems, and full project lifecycle management for real estate developers.

Responsibilities :

  • Execute RCC works using Mivan, Kumkang, Peri, Doka, CW ACS, etc.
  • Supervise formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and structural works.
  • Oversee finishing activities blockwork, plastering, tiling, gypsum, and painting.
  • Coordinate end-to-end concrete movement from batching plant to site.
  • Manage Doka platform operations and Safepro net jumping.
  • Monitor waterproofing works in toilets, terraces, and tanks.
  • Execute excavation, piling, micropile, and guniting activities.
  • Drive project execution through to handover, ensuring quality and timelines.
  • Liaise with planning, QA/QC, safety teams, and vendors for smooth project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong expertise in RCC execution and advanced formwork systems.
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and site teams effectively.
  • Solid knowledge of structural norms, BOQ interpretation, and project specifications.
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience with real estate developers (not contractors alone) is mandatory.
