Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented videographer and video editor who can bring acreative vision and technical expertise to our diverse client projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing video content tailored for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with each client's brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for multiple healthcare clients (clinics, hospitals, doctors, healthcare brands, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
  • Capture high-quality video footage during client shoots, including interviews, testimonials, events, and promotional content.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for various platforms (social media, websites, YouTube, ads, etc.).
  • Add motion graphics, text overlays, background music, and sound effects as required.
  • Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style across projects.
  • Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and healthcare marketing best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Videographer & Video Editor (experience in healthcare/agency setups preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
  • Knowledge of camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording.
  • Creative eye for storytelling, framing, and pacing.
  • Ability to handle multiple client projects and adapt to varied brand tones.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio of past video work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing agencies or healthcare-related projects.
  • Basic knowledge of photography, graphic design, or animation.
  • Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.) and their video formats.
