**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shoot professional-quality videos of residential and commercial properties, events, and client testimonials.
- Plan, script, and storyboard video concepts in line with marketing objectives.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and visually appealing videos optimized for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Add motion graphics, music, subtitles, voiceovers, and visual effects where required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content, reels, walkthroughs, and virtual tours.
- Ensure brand consistency, high production standards, and timely delivery of video projects.
- Maintain and manage video equipment, lighting, and shooting setups.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing tools, and digital marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Video Editor & Videographer**, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of videography techniques, camera handling, lighting, and audio recording.
- Creative storytelling skills with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Minimum [1-3 years] of relevant work experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
