**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Production**:

- Conceptualize and plan video content.
- Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and resources are in place for the shoot.
- **Production**:

- Operate professional video cameras and related equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Set up lighting, sound, and camera setups for shoots.
- Direct and manage talent, if necessary, during video shoots.
- **Post-Production**:

- Edit video footage to create cohesive, engaging, and polished final products.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software to edit, color-correct, and add special effects to videos.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure videos align with client expectations and marketing objectives.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Maintain video archives and manage media assets.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in video production and editing.
- Ensure high standards of video quality and consistency across all content produced.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer & Video Editor (portfolio required).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software.
- Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting setups, and sound.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in corporate video production, marketing content, or social media video content is a plus.
- Experience with additional video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
