**Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Editor with 1 year of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for filming a variety of video content, as well as editing the footage to create engaging and polished final products.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Videography**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand video concepts and objectives.
- Pre-production tasks: plan shoots, prepare storyboards, and coordinate logistics.
- Film high-quality video footage using professional equipment (cameras, lighting, sound).
- Capture diverse and compelling visuals that align with the project's vision.
- **Editing**:

- Import, organize, and manage raw video footage.
- Edit video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Integrate music, sound effects, graphics, and motion elements.
- Export videos in various formats for different platforms (web, social media, etc.).
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and tools.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality control.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Videographer and Editor, or relevant combination of experience and education.
- Strong portfolio showcasing videography and editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Working knowledge of color grading and audio editing is a plus.
- Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
