About the Role
As the Regional Maintenance Manager South, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end maintenance operations across all Lenskart stores in South India. This includes timely closure of maintenance requests, vendor management, budget control, and ensuring that all stores meet Lenskart's standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all retail stores in the southern region.
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of maintenance tickets in line with SLAs.
- Manage vendor onboarding, evaluation, and performance reviews to ensure service quality.
- Review and validate vendor quotations, monitor invoices, payments, and cost reconciliation.
- Maintain store infrastructure and assets including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, furniture, and signage.
- Conduct regular store inspections to uphold brand and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Projects, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance operations.
- Support maintenance activities for new store openings, refurbishments, and closures.
- Track key performance metrics including maintenance costs, vendor performance, and ticket closure efficiency.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or compliance.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil preferred).
- Experience: 6–10 years of experience in multi-site retail or facility maintenance management.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lighting).
- Familiarity with maintenance management tools such as CAFM/CMMS.
Understanding of safety, statutory, and compliance norms for retail environments.
Commercial & Vendor Management Skills:
Experience handling vendor contracts, quotations, and payments.
Strong negotiation and cost-control abilities.

Customer-centric approach with a focus on store experience.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently across stores in the South region
