Position Summary
Were looking for a growth-driven Social Media & Lead Generation Manager who can turn campaigns into pipelines and clicks into customers. Youll be the architect and executor of our digital presence — driving high-performing social media campaigns and building scalable lead-gen engines that fuel business growth.
With 4–10 years of experience in social media marketing, digital ads, and demand generation for SaaS/tech products, you bring the perfect balance of creativity, strategy, and data obsession. You know how to craft compelling stories, engineer inbound funnels, and make every campaign earn its keep.
This is not a "set and forget" role. You'll experiment relentlessly, iterate fast, and scale what works. If the usual playbook doesn't deliver, you'll write a new one.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Leadership: Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms to drive measurable ROI.
- Lead Generation: Build and run multi-channel demand-gen campaigns (cold email, paid ads, content amplification) with a focus on sustaining 50%+ inbound lead flow.
- Content Strategy: Craft and execute engaging content calendars that amplify our brand voice and nurture prospects through the funnel.
- Funnel Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lead-gen pipeline — targeting, messaging, nurturing, scoring, and seamless handoff to pre-sales.
- Optimization & Experimentation: A/B test creatives, subject lines, and landing pages; iterate relentlessly to improve conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product, sales, and pre-sales teams to ensure marketing outcomes translate into business outcomes.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
Qualifications
- 4–10 years of experience in social media marketing, paid ads, and B2B lead generation, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech.
- Proven track record of running high-performing ad campaigns that deliver real ROI.
- Expertise in cold email outreach, social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn), and funnel management.
- Strong creative skills — copywriting, storytelling, and positioning for tech audiences.
- Deep familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs (HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.).
- Analytical and data-driven — you thrive on dashboards, metrics, and optimization loops.
- Hustler mindset — agile, resourceful, and outcome-obsessed.
Must-Have Skills
- Social media ad strategy & execution (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
- Cold email campaign design, personalization, and sequencing.
- Lead-gen funnel management and ROI ownership.
- Strong copywriting and creative direction.
- Data-driven decision-making with proven performance optimization.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with YouTube, Google Ads, or influencer marketing.
- Exposure to SaaS/AI marketing and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and content-driven lead-gen strategies.
- Experience in video ad campaigns (Reels, Shorts, YouTube).
