Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant
with 5+ years of expertise in ERP implementations. The role focuses on
end-to-end new implementations
of Business Central in both
Perpetual (On-Premises) and Cloud (SaaS)
environments. The consultant will lead requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, and functional deployment to ensure successful ERP rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    greenfield implementations
    of Dynamics 365 Business Central (Perpetual & Cloud).
  • Conduct requirement workshops and map client business processes in
    Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, and Service
    .
  • Configure Business Central modules according to business needs.
  • Manage
    data migration
    activities (data mapping, cleansing, loading, and validation).
  • Prepare
    functional design documents, test scenarios, and user manuals
    .
  • Provide
    end-user training, UAT support, and post-go-live assistance
    .
  • Ensure ERP implementations align with
    Microsoft best practices
    and project methodology (Sure Step/Agile).
  • Collaborate with technical/development teams only for customizations when required.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for clients in both Cloud and Perpetual BC environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience
    in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central (Perpetual & Cloud).
  • Proven track record in
    full-cycle new implementations
    (minimum 3–4 projects).
  • Strong
    functional knowledge
    of Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with
    data migration
    (master data, transactional data, and opening balances).
  • Knowledge of
    SQL Server (for On-Prem data handling)
    and BC standard data migration tools/configuration packages.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
    functional certifications
    preferred.
