Job Title: Marketing Manager – Offline & Trade Engagement

Location: Kota, with frequent travel across India

Department: Marketing

Reporting To: Director – Sales & Marketing

Experience: 0-3 years of Event Management Experience (Freshers with experience of conducting college events also eligible)

Key Responsibilities

  • Offline Brand Activation
  • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives (canopies, hoardings, wall paintings, roadshows, etc.) to build brand awareness in target geographies.
  • Dealer & Technician Engagement
  • Organize dealer meets, influencer events, and technician training programs across India in collaboration with the local sales teams to boost loyalty and conversions.
  • Print Media Management
  • Strategically plan and optimize print media campaigns (newspapers, magazines, pamphlets) to generate maximum visibility within the allocated budget.
  • Trade Shows & B2B Events
  • Identify relevant expos, industrial fairs, and conferences. Manage end-to-end setup of brand stalls to effectively showcase Pixels' product line and attract potential partners.
  • Vendor & Budget Management
  • Liaise with creative agencies, printers, and event vendors. Negotiate costs and ensure on-ground execution aligns with brand standards.
  • Campaign Monitoring & ROI Tracking
  • Track the impact of each offline initiative using defined KPIs. Present monthly performance reports and improvement strategies to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent in event management & skills required to conduct a successful event
  • Adept in hosting and managing events
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to pull off successful dealer meets
  • Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 15-20 days a month)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
