Role Summary :


The Vice President - Full Stack Engineering will be responsible for leading cross-functional technology teams across regions within the Asset & Wealth Management / FinTech domain. This leadership role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions while driving engineering excellence, innovation, and people development across global teams.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team of developers across multiple geographies.

- Oversee end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions using modern full stack technologies.

- Drive Agile-based development practices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering outcomes.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define technical strategies, set standards, and implement scalable engineering practices.

- Provide technical direction across Full Stack development (Java/Python/Golang) and integrate with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket,

Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence.

- Implement and optimize cloud-based solutions to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.

- Partner with business and technology leaders to align development goals with overall organizational objectives.

- Ensure compliance with best practices in security, governance, and risk management.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 14 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years in Full Stack development.

- Proven experience in leading and managing large engineering teams (minimum 1520 developers).

- Strong background in Agile methodologies and modern software engineering practices.

- Proficiency in cloud technologies and CI/CD toolsets (Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience handling cross-regional teams.

Preferred Experience :


- Prior experience in the Banking, Asset & Wealth Management GCC, or FinTech domain.

- Exposure to Investment Banking Technology environments.

- Demonstrated success in scaling engineering processes and managing global delivery.
