Key Responsibilities: -

  • Prepare quotations/proposals for digital marketing services and share them with clients.
  • Follow up with clients through calls, emails, or meetings to ensure timely feedback and closure.
  • Maintain and update records of all quotations, follow-ups, and deal status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing after deal closure.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management about sales activities, pipelines, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:-

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing company in a sales or coordination role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, and Web Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Strong follow-up abilities with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients, proposals, and quotations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
