Job Title: Senior Data Analyst – C&IB Data Management (SQL, STM)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our C&IB Data Management team. This role requires strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, and Source-to-Target Mapping (STM). The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with business and technology teams to support the implementation of a Data Warehouse for Small Business Banking, ensuring timely and high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to design and implement data solutions for Small Business Banking.
  • Interpret, analyze, and document complex SQL queries to guide development efforts.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate data requirements.
  • Perform data analysis of existing systems and recommend efficient data sourcing strategies.
  • Lead and participate in Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) activities to ensure accurate and consistent data integration.
  • Deliver monthly data deliverables with precision and timeliness.
  • Manage and develop information systems, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Provide guidance to end-users on data manipulation, reporting, and statistical analysis.
  • Support and implement technologies that enable integration of multiple data sources and formats.
  • Research customer data needs and provide recommendations for optimized solutions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data management role.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (writing, interpreting, optimizing, and documenting complex queries).
  • Hands-on experience with Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) in data warehouse environments.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with enterprise risk management frameworks.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial services or banking data environments.
  • Knowledge of metadata management and data governance practices.
  • Exposure to reporting and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, etc.).

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
