Mechanical Manager – RMC plant

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mechanical Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance of plant vehicles: transit mixers, batching plant equipment, loaders, pumps, and all related RMC vehicles and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage mechanical maintenance activities for all RMC plant equipment and vehicles
  • Ensure breakdown prevention and timely servicing
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance records
  • Diagnose mechanical faults and coordinate repairs
  • Lead and manage mechanics and maintenance team
  • Ensure safety protocols and equipment standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years experience in mechanical maintenance (RMC/Construction/Heavy Equipment)
  • Strong knowledge of transit mixers, batching plants, concrete pumps, and heavy machinery
  • Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engines
  • Team management and planning skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
