Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Property Community Manager (PCM) Fresher. The PCM will be the key point of contact for residents, ensuring excellent community management and satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing resident inquiries, managing property upkeep, coordinating events to foster a sense of community, and overseeing daily operations. The role also involves supporting property marketing efforts and ensuring adherence to operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of property management or willingness to learn
  • Problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach
  • A team player who is adaptable, approachable, and ready to contribute to the community
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in any relevant field is a plus
  • Familiarity with Bengaluru's local context or communities is advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Own end-to-end sales for assigned properties from inquiry to closing.

  2. Craft and execute marketing strategies that attract qualified tenants and maximize occupancy.

  3. Conduct property visits, pitch features effectively, and convert leads into bookings.

  4. Negotiate terms, ensure compliance, and finalize agreements seamlessly.

  5. Build lasting relationships with clients and property partners.

  6. Track market trends, analyze competitor activity, and refine strategy for better conversions.

  7. Collaborate with the growth team to exceed monthly targets and scale revenue.
