Minimum Requirements: -

1.  Candidates must have a minimum experience of 3-4 years .

2.   Currently working Experience with Workforce Management.

3.   Ability to manage all WFM work.

Skills and Job Responsibilities: -

  1. Should have an analytical proficiency and have the expertise in working on Advanced Excel, Macro, Power BI, scheduling, WFM MIS, Planning, Forecasting, RTA, Capacity Planning, Rostering and Shrinkage.

  2. Should be responsible to publish Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly MIS reports (For Resource utilization, Team performance, Trend analysis, Productivity analysis, Dashboard preparation and other MIS) as per business requirement within defined timelines.

3. Should be responsible to prepare the monthly incentives.

4. Perform real time management on the production floor.

5. Perform Reporting, ensure adherence to planned activities

6.  Analyze variation and act on a real time basis.

  1. Able to provide insights to Operations/WFM Team as required.

8. Communicates and works with staff members & management

9. Need to measure the performance against set KPIs for Individual/ Team/ Process.

10.  Coordinate with Operations and other support groups and develop and implement standardized MIS procedures which result in process improvement.

11.  Monitor the team performance and perform regular audits to maintain and improve the WFM efficiency.
