Bhasha Bharati Arts Translation Services, a leading provider of high-quality translation services, has been successfully operating in Mumbai for over 50 years. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales support Executive to join our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quote and Proposal Management:

  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals accurately and efficiently.
  • Track and follow up on submitted quotes to ensure timely responses.

2. Client Communication:

  • Respond to client queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.

3. Sales Administration:

  • Manage and organize sales-related documentation and maintain records.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
  • Generate sales reports and provide data analysis as needed.
  • Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks.

4. Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and sales materials.

5. Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Develop an understanding of the company's translation services and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of the Translation industry is a plus.
