Role & responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to

the sales team, coordinating with clients, managing orders, ensuring timely

deliveries, and handling customer queries. The role demands strong

communication skills, product knowledge of interior hardware fittings, and

the ability to work closely with internal departments to achieve sales and

service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate with clients for order confirmations, payments, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Process sales orders; ensure accuracy in pricing, product codes, and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with the production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatches.
  • Track shipments and update customers on order status.
  • Handle client inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and dealers.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor sales performance and highlight deviations from targets.
  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product feedback collection.
  • Guide junior sales support executives in handling documentation and client.
  • Support the sales team during exhibitions, trade shows, and client visits.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, supply chain management, Commerce or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales support, preferably in manufacturing & trading of hardware fittings or building materials industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
  • Experience in managing dealer/distributor networks will be an added advantage.
  • Below 35 years (Male or female both are fine)
