We are looking for a skilled Release Manager with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems and software life cycle engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage the release process from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
  • Implement change control processes to minimize disruptions and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate and streamline release processes using tools like GITLAB, Jenkins, Jfrog Artifactory, and Octopus.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to release management, providing root cause analysis and recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of systems and software life cycle engineering (SFIA) principles and practices.
  • Experience with release and deployment processes, including planning, execution, and post-deployment reviews.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools such as GITLAB, Jenkins, Jfrog Artifactory, and Octopus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Education: Be, B.tech, Me, M.tech.
  • Notice Period: 0-30 days.
