Job Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager for our Bangalore location to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the hospital environment. This is a full-time position, and the candidate must possess a combination of skills and experience, including a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 15 years in a similar role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior organizational abilities, effective leadership, and the capacity to solve problems efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas of the hospital are clean, sanitary, and presentable at all times.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, reflecting best practices and ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards.
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, to maintain high standards of service.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet departmental goals, including inventory management and acquisition of cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to support overall patient and visitor satisfaction, addressing any housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure continued adherence to established cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
- Maintain records and reports on housekeeping activities, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement or increased efficiency.
