Who Can Apply:

  • Graduates with 17 years of EdTech/Inside Sales experience (Degree/Course/Technical sales preferred).
  • Passion for student counselling, conversions, and achieving targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Age: 18–32 years.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory).
  • Strong convincing, interpersonal & sales skills.
  • Comfortable with target-driven sales environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on Manipal University's programs and guide them to the right course.
  • Manage & nurture leads using CRM, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, providing accurate program details.
  • Achieve daily KPIs and contribute to monthly sales targets.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism & build strong learner relationships.
