Role & responsibilities :
- Academic Advising: Provide one-on-one academic counseling to students, offering guidance on course selection, academic planning, and degree progression.
- Support & Retention: Assist students facing academic challenges by identifying obstacles and creating personalized action plans to improve their performance.
- Career Counseling: Help students explore career options, internships, and professional development opportunities related to their field of study.
- Student Engagement: Organize workshops, seminars, and informational sessions on study skills, time management, and other relevant topics to support student success.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track student progress and academic performance, providing detailed reports to faculty and administrators on trends and issues affecting student achievement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, staff, and student services to ensure students are receiving holistic support tailored to their academic needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in EdTech Background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: 25,000 to 30, 000 per month in hand
