Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical AR Caller located in Chennai. The Medical AR Caller will be responsible for managing and following up on insurance claims, contacting insurance companies to resolve pending claims, analyzing denials, appealing underpaid or denied claims, and ensuring accurate and timely processing. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with billing teams, updating records, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve claims efficiently
  • Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
