Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an AR Caller. The AR Caller is responsible for contacting insurance companies, patients, or healthcare providers to follow up on pending claims, resolve unpaid or denied claims, verify insurance coverage, and handle claim appeals. The role includes documenting each call, updating the billing system, tracking claims to closure, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of accounts receivable.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in claims processing, unpaid claims follow-up, and denials management
  • Knowledge of insurance verification, benefits investigation, and claim appeals
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using billing software and maintaining patient records
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience in medical billing or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
