Job Description:

We are looking for AR Callers to follow up with insurance companies in the US healthcare process. The role involves calling insurance providers to resolve claims, check claim status, and ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies.
  • Follow up on pending or denied medical claims.
  • Update claim status and document call details.
  • Coordinate with the billing team for resolution.
  • Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willing to work in night shifts.
  • Fresher or experienced in AR calling / RCM.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
