We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead the marketing function at Medprime Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, establishing marketing strategies, and positioning our innovative medical devices—such as CILIKA and Micalys—effectively in the healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and product roadmap.
- Build and strengthen the brand presence across digital, offline, and healthcare industry platforms.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high-quality content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and R&D teams to create targeted product positioning, go-to-market plans, and promotional materials.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, website management, and online lead generation.
- Plan and execute medical conferences, product demos, webinars, and marketing events to enhance market visibility.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and industry partners.
- Ensure consistent messaging, brand guidelines, and high-quality communication across all channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or technology domain.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and brand management.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive result-oriented marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with medical device regulatory environments and healthcare industry trends.
